I agree we do picture Muhammad Ali when reading about Alex then why has no one failed to mention Will Smith? He did play Ali and we all know he can play great detective roles with a serious attitude as well as bringing a bit of humour and sarcasim that we all know Alex possess. I think he would be perfect!

Mr. Patterson, while watching your video regarding Worst Case, you also mentioned another Alex Cross movie. I sure hope you do not use Morgan Freeman again. He is a great actor, but is 73 years old--at least 30 years older than Alex Cross in his latest book. In your books, people think of Muhammad Ali (in his prime) when they look at Alex. Obviously, someone that is 73 years of age and looks every bit of those years (especially his face), would not remind you of Ali in his prime.
I have grown up with ADHD, so I never liked to read very much. (I am a big fan of all CSI, all NCIS) I was watching tv one night and a commercial came on for "Run for Your Life", and I had to have it. I thought it would be a good book. I loved it and I and now reading Cross Country.
To Mr. Patterson: Your books are the only ones I read.
