WHEN I WAS GROWING UP READING WAS NOT A BIG THING TO ME. MY MOTHER READ ALOT BUT I WAS NOT SHOWN THE JOY OF READING BY HER, I AM A SECURITY OFFICER AND WE HAVE ALOT OF DOWN TIME THAT TIME WHEN YOUR DOING NOTHING. I WAS WORKING ONE LATE NIGHT AND THE GUY I WAS WORKING WITH HAD A JAMES PATTERSON NOVAL. HE WOULD READ IT AND HE WOULD STOP AND TELL ME ABOUT THE STORY, SO ONE X-MAS WE WAS WORKING AND WE HAD EX-CHANCE GIFTS AND HE GAVE ME MY FIRST BOOK IT WAS HONEYMOON BY JAMES PATTERSON I LOVE THAT BOOK AND IT STARTING ME READING AND I FOUND A JOY THAT I JUST CAN NOT PUT DOWN, I AM IN LOVE WITH ALEX CROSS AND THE WAY HE IS SO SMOOTH AND RIGHT ON THE MONEY AND THE WOMEN IN THIS LIFE I WOULD LOVE TO BE ONE , I LOVE MORGAN FREEMAN BUT THAT'S NOT ALEX CROSS

I bought the book on tape and am listening to it. Love it. Keep Alex Cross going and going. As a movie, I like Morgan Freeman in the role of Alex. Let's see him marry Brea and I actually think Queen Latifa has the acting ability to play a serious role. Diane L. Just finished Cross Country and "Alex" is a machine! Every time it looks bad or impossible to get through his situation, he survives! Great book, I just bought I, Alex Cross last night at 5:30pm and by 9:30pm I was half way through and didn't want to put it down however, had to work today.... Thanks James for your outstanding stories! Keep up the imagination.

I love all the James Patterson (my favorite author) books, and must buy and read everyone of them. Alex Cross if my favorite, please don't change Morgan Freeman, he is the only one who can play Alex.

I'm so grateful for your Alex Cross books---they've given me hours of enjoyment. I DO think Morgan Freeman is too old--not handsome enough--to play Alex; my image of Alex is very different. I hope Alex will get married soon--that can still be interesting as he always picks great women; but it's time!!!

I Alex Cross is up there with the rest! JP is the absolute bomb at writing gripping suspense novels! I loved this latest book and I'm on pins and needles wating for the next one to come out.
