I really enjoyed the first 2 Maximum Ride books. The others keep getting more and more dumbed-down. Surely, Patterson doesn't really think that today's youth are that stupid.
No, they are not connected. The characters in When the Wind Blows and The Lake House are completely different in the Maximum Ride series. "Wind" and "House" are connected togethor, but not the to the young adult Max Ride series.
That is what I think, that they are somehow connected. I have not read the Max series but the characters (the children) seem to be the same as that of The Lake House.
Haha, its okay about the late reply. Between preparing for senior year, doing shows, reading, work, housework, friends and family I don't check this as much as I'd like :[
Hmm, never heard of Ayn Ryan. I'll have to check her out though.
Well I just started reading Two For The Dough by Janet Evanovich, and am also working my way through a manuscript that was sent to me, as well as David Jansen: My Fugitive by Michael Phelps
Hey, I'm a new writer and my agent has asked me to find new readers, 20K to be exact, for the submission of my latest novel, KINGDOM. Would you mind joining my site: AdenFisher.com. It's a ning site like Mr. Patterson's so all you really have to do is sign in over there. It would really help me out.

Just wanted to introduce myself, as well as welcome you to the community. I hope you enjoy it. My name is John (or Johnny, no preferences). If you have any questions, problems, or just feel like venting, feel free to talk with me. How are you? What are you reading?
P.S. If you ever need to find a new author, or want to know the next book in a particular series, then feel free to check out my blog posts. That's what they are there for. I have also started doing book reviews.
